How do I care for my item?
- To care for your new PATCHED gear, we recommend washing it on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and air-dry it by hanging or laying flat.
- For cleaning stains, blot immediately, then gently dab with a mild, soapy cloth instead of rubbing.
What sizes do you offer?
- We exclusively offer sizes 2T to 5T.
How do your products fit?
- All of our product run true to size.
- If your little one is in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How much does shipping cost?
- Flat Rate Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in your order.
- You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
- Local delivery is available for zip codes within a certain radius.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed on Mondays.
- Orders placed before 11:59 PM EST on Sunday will likely ship within 7 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
What is your return policy?
- Due to the Custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after your order is placed and production has started.
